Solution to "System Error 5 Occurred" in Win10 System Command Window

First click the search button next to Start in the lower left corner, enter the command (or cmd); as shown in the figure below,
we open the location of the file, then right-click the mouse, open the properties,

then click Advanced,
check Run as administrator, then click OK, then Application, the problem is solved, this method ensures that we do not have to run as an administrator every time in terms of permissions.

Note: System error 5 belongs to insufficient authority. We run as an administrator, that is, the authority is elevated. If you are interested, you can check the information and understand the relationship between system authority.
