On April 19, the 2023 Huawei Global Analyst Conference was held in Shenzhen. Huawei Vice Chairman, Rotating Chairman, and CFO Meng Wanzhou delivered a keynote speech.
Meng Wanzhou said that "digitalization" is the trend with the highest degree of consensus and the highest degree of certainty at present. Digitalization has become a common topic for more and more countries, enterprises and organizations. Digital technology will drive productivity from "quantitative change to qualitative change" and gradually become the core engine of economic development.
Meng Wanzhou mentioned in her speech that global digital transformation spending is expected to reach US$3.41 trillion in 2026. Huawei will work with partners to promote digital transformation, deepen cooperation with industrial organizations, and prosper the industrial ecosystem through open hardware and software open source. At the same time, Huawei will continue to increase investment in the partner ecosystem. Currently, Huawei has more than 35,000 enterprise business partners and more than 41,000 Huawei cloud partners.
In addition, according to Meng Wanzhou’s disclosure, Huawei Coal Mine Corps and China Energy Group have jointly developed a new generation of industrial Internet operating system “Mine Hong” for mining equipment. As of the end of 2022, Mine Hong has deployed more than 10 coal mines and realized digital management and operation of more than 3,300 sets of equipment.
Meng Wanzhou also said that with the deepening of digitalization, it is expected that by 2030, the global general-purpose computing power will increase by 10 times, and the computing power of artificial intelligence will increase by 500 times. Enterprise network access, household broadband access, and personal wireless access will usher in the era of 10G connections.
Statistics show that from April 1 this year, Meng Wanzhou began to usher in the first duty of Huawei's rotating chairman, during which she was the top leader of Huawei.
