Professor Victor CM Leung (梁中明) , IEEE Life Fellow, Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, and Fellow of the Canadian Society of Engineering, is currently a Distinguished Professor of the School of Computer and Software, Shenzhen University, Director of the Internet of Things Research Center, Emeritus of UBC, Canada Professor and Director of Wireless Network and Mobile Systems Laboratory. He used to be a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at UBC, Canada, and a chair professor of TELUS Mobile Communication Engineering. He has published more than 1,300 academic papers and books in the field of wireless networks and mobile systems, and plays a leading role in the organization and academic committees of many international conferences.
