Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for supporting partners to complete the commercial release of openGauss server database/embedded database in the industrial field, supporting partners and customers in industrial software application scenarios, optimizing development and performance tuning based on the openGauss kernel;
2. Responsible for empowering partners, including business migration and deployment, process guidance development, version certification testing and other capabilities;
3. Responsible for assisting partners to complete a series of guidance documents, use cases, process templates, supporting tools, etc. based on the summary of the R&D commercial release;
4. Collaborate with partners to incubate industry innovation solutions in the industrial field, and be responsible for supporting the solution design, adaptation, and migration of related industrial software based on the openGauss ecosystem.
job requirements
1. Proficient in C/C++ language, proficient in operating system principles, data structures, algorithms, network programming, and multi-threaded programming techniques;
2. Familiar with numa-aware scheduling principles, and have a clear idea of database numa scheduling optimization;
3. Familiar with the basic principles of mainstream open source databases, more than 3 years of experience in database SQL engine core module development, and distributed SQL development experience is better;
4. Proficiency in various performance diagnostic tools, strong ability to analyze, locate and solve problems quickly;
5. Have a strong self-driving force, have the courage to accept challenges and embrace changes, maintain the enthusiasm for continuous technology learning, and be willing to teamwork and technology sharing;
6. Experience in team management or project management is preferred, and relevant work experience in the field of industrial software is preferred;
7. Those with openGauss community contribution experience are preferred;
8. Those with openGauss community OGCA certification and Huawei HCIA-openGauss certification are preferred.
