Friends who have done new media operations know that when publishing an official account article, you can add text, pictures, audio and video content to the official account article, but adding document attachments is not allowed. Adding attachments to official account tweets is a relatively common requirement. For example, when you need to share some original documents or forms, the original functions of the official account are not enough. As a commonly used information publishing platform for enterprises and institutions, the official account has undertaken some functions of communication, interaction and information exchange. Without the attachment function, it is indeed not perfect.
The following is a brief introduction to how to solve this problem, which can be roughly divided into four steps:
first step
Send the file to the mobile phone through WeChat, upload the file to the "Article Attachment" applet, and obtain the path of the applet corresponding to the attachment.
Step two:
Go back to the public article editor, click "Applet" at the top of the editor, search for the applet, and click Next.
third step
Fill in the path of the applet copied in step 1 into the "Applet Path" column, select "Text" in the display mode column, fill in the attachment title + suffix into the "Text Content" column, and click OK.
