1. WIN+R key combination, call out "Run". Enter regedit in the text box and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
2. Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Lnkfile in the registry editor, right-click the blank, select "New String Value", name it IsShortcut, and leave the value data blank. As shown below:
