1. Network connection: The two computers are directly connected through a network cable or connected to the same router, ensuring that they are on the same network segment and that the two computers can ping each other;
2. Firewall: Turn off the firewall. Control Panel - select "Windows Defender Firewall" - select "Enable or close Windows Defender Firewall" - select "Turn off Window Defender Firewall (not recommended)"
3. ping: Under the cmd command line, ipconfig checks the ip, and the two computers ping each other;
