[Solution] Spyder cannot be opened! ! !

Open the anaconda prompt and enter:

pip uninstall pyqt5

pip install pyqt5==5.12.3

pip install pyqt5_tools==5.14.0.2

pip install pyqtwebengine==5.12.1

pip uninstall pyzmq

pip install pyzmq==19.0.2

Open again: spyder, success! !
