When we created a project in spyder, and the project already has a .spyproject file, but the project cannot still be read in the project exployer in spyder, the common reason at this time is that spyder's default working path has not been modified.
Spyder usually creates a new project in the default path, and only the new project in the default path can be read by the project exployer.
If the project exployer cannot read the new project, you need to go to preferences and modify the path according to the following figure.
