Xu Yifan: Digital transformation is the main axis, and LTD methodological thought innovation leads the integration of production and education

Since I came into contact with the LTD methodology and practiced it, I deeply feel its important value and influence on today's business model and education field. Recently, I was honored to be invited to give a keynote speech on "Digital Business Model Innovation" in the business model innovation class of Zhang Naiqi College, Zhejiang Gongshang University. Today, I would like to share with you my ideas about LTD methodology mentioned in this speech, as well as the introduction of related marketing SaaS systems based on LTD ideas.


First, I would like to briefly introduce the LTD methodology. LTD, the full name is "Landing Page (inbound page) - Traffic (flow) - Digital (digital)", which is an efficient marketing method from the perspective of digitalization. It upgrades the traditional consumer-oriented (B2C) model to business-oriented (B2B) and market-oriented (B2M) models through the innovation of enterprise business models to adapt to the rapid development and market competition needs of the digital age. Through the LTD methodology, enterprises can achieve faster user acquisition, cost reduction and brand communication value enhancement, and realize a comprehensive upgrade of business models.


In the course of the business model innovation class of Zhang Naiqi College of Zhejiang Gongshang University, I shared two business model cases in different periods, the 19th floor forum and the digital dental platform, which I participated in deeply. Through the analysis of these two cases, I revealed six elements of the business model: customer segmentation, value proposition, channel, customer relationship, revenue source and cost structure. I focused on comparing the user positioning of these two cases, and let the students find that their underlying logic is the same B2C2B business model, but the composition and value of the six elements of the business model have achieved completely different company values ​​in these two different companies .


Next, based on the BtoC case of the "Online Senior Citizens University" founded by my team in the past three years, I introduced in detail how to make full use of LTD inbound marketing methodology to increase the number of visits to more than 10 million without investing in advertising fees. Registered users reached 310,000, and paid users reached 16,000. By taking digital operation as the main axis to realize business model innovation, it has achieved success in multiple dimensions such as entrepreneurial project approval, user positioning, digital official website construction, digital marketing, and digital operation, laying a solid foundation for the development of the online university for the elderly from 0 to 1.
In response to the problems and challenges that you may encounter in the specific implementation of the LTD methodology, I have given detailed answers based on my practical experience. I emphasized that in the process of digital operation, we must grasp the user journey, pay attention to user needs, and reflect a high degree of agility and flexibility. At the same time, through the in-depth practice of the theory of LTD methodology, enterprises also need to invest in effective digital training so that team members can better devote themselves to digital innovation and operations.


Finally, I introduced the marketing SaaS system based on the LTD idea. The original intention of this system is to enable enterprises to reduce input costs as much as possible and improve operational efficiency in the process of implementing digital transformation and upgrading. Through this system, enterprises can easily build a digital business model and realize the value of digital communication.
