Among them, 94 project tasks were launched in the openEuler community, all 94 projects were applied for, and 309 applications were received. Midsummer is on, and project task development is warming up. Starting from July 1, Open Source Summer 2023 will enter a 3-month project task development period. Selected students will further communicate with their mentors about project implementation plans, formulate detailed development plans, and learn to participate in open source. The process of community project development. Before officially starting the development work, students can still communicate with the instructor on the project task content and goals, further improve the project planning, and make more adequate preparations for the development work. Students who have completed project development need to submit PR/MR to the project results warehouse before the end of project development (September 30, 24:00 UTC+8), upload the project completion report in the activity system, and fill in the PR/MR link. PR/MR must be successfully merged by October 31. The most important standard for passing the final review: the project undertaken by the student needs to be submitted to the open source community repository where the project is located in the form of PR/MR and merged. Project final review time: 1. October 1-October 31: Instructor final review. During this period, student developers can still improve the submitted PR/MR until merged. 2. November 1st - November 8th: The organizing committee will complete the project review. 3. November 9: Announcement of completed projects. Project Completion Bonus Distribution The total bonus for each project is divided into advanced 12,000 yuan and basic 8,000 yuan according to the difficulty of the project (the bonus amount is the amount in RMB before tax).
