For task-based conversations like assistants, each task must be customized and programmed, such as setting the alarm clock and watching videos. More complicated tasks require more personalized tasks, such as helping users find a three-bedroom apartment with a monthly rent of less than 6,000 in Haidian District, and manual programming is also difficult to achieve.
However, there are still a small group of people who continue to overcome this problem.
Just yesterday, a team called " Adept " released their ideal AI assistant: Action Transformer (ACT-1) [1] , a general-purpose assistant that can help users complete tasks on various software .

According to research, by 2026, the office process automation market will grow to a scale of 19.6 billion US dollars, which is not a small cake . Take smart speakers as an example. In 2020, the global smart speaker market will be worth US$12 billion [5] . This scale has spawned several speaker companies.
