Go to Settings-General-iPhone Storage Space , check if there is an automatic download of the system installation package, if so, delete it, and save hundreds of M to several G of system capacity

Follow the method in the figure below to send a message " shield update ", and it will automatically reply to your latest shielded file address
Copy the installation address to the Safari browser to open (Safari must not be used by others) to download

Go to the system settings, you will see the page display - the description file has been downloaded, click to install (if not, go to Settings - General - Device Management - find tvOS - choose to install), as shown in the figure below. When installing, you will be asked to enter a password, which is the lock screen password
After restarting the iPhone, the system update has been successfully blocked. No matter what new system Apple releases in the future, it will not prompt you to install it. It is perfectly blocked!
How to restore updates
If you want to restore the update, go to Settings-General-Device Management-remove the description file whose name contains tvOS, and then restart the iPhone to restore
