1. Right-click the Windows icon, and select the "Control Panel" item from the pop-up shortcut menu.

2. Select "Windows Firewall" in the "Control Panel".

3. Select "Advanced Settings" in the "Windows Firewall" panel.

4. Click "Inbound Rules" to find the "File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request ICMPv4-In)" item.

5. Right-click "File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request ICMPv4-In)", and then select "Enable Rule".

6. Complete the above settings to complete the external Ping command.
