1. Click Computer Start--"Settings, as shown below
2. In the setting interface, click "Time and Language", as shown below
3. Click "Region and Language"
4. On the language function item, click "Add Language"
5. Enter "English" in the language search bar, and click Add "English"
6. Select "English (United States)" in the pop-up interface
7. "WIN+R" shortcut key to open the running task window, input "control", click "OK" to open the control panel
8. In Control Panel, click "Clock, Language, and Region"
9. Click "Language"
10. Set English as a preference
11. Then double-click the language setting interface
12. "Connect to the Internet to check the language pack" will be displayed in the figure, because the update service of Windows is closed by default and needs to be opened manually
13. "win+R" to open and run, enter: services.msc. Click OK to open the service.
14. Find Windows Update, change its startup method to [Automatic], and then click: Start—OK.
15. Enter the language preference setting interface again, double-click the "English(United States)" item
16. Then click "Download and install language pack"
Wait for the language pack to download
17. After the language pack is installed, restart the computer, and the language of the operating system can be switched to English.
