Data Security Management Capability Certification (DSMC) is a national authoritative certification in the field of data security initiated by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology for the whole industry. This certification is based on "Data Security Law", "Personal Information Protection Law", "Industrial and Information Technology Field Data Security Management Measures (Trial)", "Network Data Security Management Regulations (Draft for Comment)" and other relevant laws, regulations and policies , standards, from the perspective of compliance, a total of 15 indicators are evaluated from the two dimensions of data security system implementation requirements and technology implementation requirements, to help enterprises build a data security management system. Among them, system implementation requirements include organizational construction, system guarantee, data assets, data approval, management audit, partner management, education and training, reporting and complaints, emergency response, compliance assessment; technology implementation requirements include data identification, operation audit, data Leak prevention, interface security management, sensitive data protection.
