Zhang Quanjun, Senior Architect of Project Management Certification in Huawei Global Training Center, has been engaged in project management for Siemens Communications and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. for 23 years, including 10 years of overseas project management and 7 years of experience in digital capacity building and operation of project management.
As a core network engineer, he opened China's first CDMA system in the early days. He was the director of the delivery operation center of Huawei's Asia-Pacific region and the project director of more than 20 large-scale projects/project groups. He has rich practical experience in engineering project management/project management standards & system construction in the industry, and is good at service process and scheme design, as well as methods and technologies of digital project management.
