1. WeChat payment merchants are only open to enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households, governments and public institutions, private non-enterprises, social groups, and foundation-type merchants.
2. One WeChat account can have at most one entry application form in the process (that is, another application form can be submitted again after signing the contract)
3. Application process
There are three steps for merchants to access WeChat payment:
(1) Submitting information
Submit basic information such as business license, ID card, and bank account online, and complete account verification according to the guidelines.

1. The merchant account is voluntarily applied and used by our company, and the responsibilities and risks arising therefrom shall be borne by our unit.
2. Authorize our company's employees (ID number, department, position) to act as our company's contact person to apply to your company for opening a WeChat payment merchant account and perform subsequent merchant account-related operations on behalf of our company.
3. Our unit ensures the authenticity, accuracy, legality and completeness of the information provided to your company, and your company is requested to assist in handling relevant procedures. All actions of this employee operating the WeChat Pay merchant account are deemed as actions of our company, and our company shall bear all responsibilities.

(2) Sign the agreement
The WeChat payment team will complete the review within 3-7 working days. If the review is passed, the account opening information including the merchant number will be pushed to the super administrator by email and official account. After signing the contract online, the super administrator can obtain the official transaction authority and various product capabilities of the merchant platform.
After the WeChat payment application materials are reviewed and approved, the super administrator needs to sign a contract before he can obtain the official transaction authority and various product capabilities of the merchant platform. The platform provides 2 signing methods:
Method 1: Mobile phone contract
1. After the review is passed, the message of the template to be signed will be pushed to the super administrator through the official account of "WeChat Payment Merchant Assistant".
2. Click the message to enter the signing page. After checking the merchant information and reading the agreement, click Sign to complete the signing.
Method 2: Computer signing
1. Visit the WeChat payment merchant platform (pay.weixin.qq.com), and log in with the super administrator WeChat of the application form.
2. After the mobile phone is confirmed, enter the [Account Verification] - [Payment Application] page to sign the contract.
(3) Binding scene
Because the merchant's WeChat payment transaction initiation depends on the binding relationship between the official account, applet, mobile application (ie APPID) and WeChat payment merchant account (ie MCHID), it is also necessary to log in to the corresponding APPID platform after signing the contract to complete the binding relationship confirm. (If the official account is not filled in the application form, you need to initiate the binding after signing the contract)

Operation Guidelines
The platform has automatically initiated an authorization application to the APPID, and the merchant needs to go to the corresponding platform to confirm the authorization application;
Public account/subscription account: Go to the public platform (mp.weixin.qq.com), click "WeChat Payment-Merchant Account Management", check the relevant merchant account information, and confirm the authorization application;
Mini Program: Go to the public platform (mp.weixin.qq.com), click "WeChat Payment - Merchant Account Management", check the relevant merchant account information, confirm the authorization application, or in the template message issued by the "Public Platform Security Assistant" Confirm authorization information;
APP: Go to the open platform (open.weixin.qq.com), click "Management Center-View-WeChat Payment-Merchant ID Management", check the relevant merchant ID information, and confirm the authorization application;
Work WeChat: Go to the work WeChat management platform (work.weixin.qq.com), click "Application Management - Enterprise Payment - Binding Authorization Application", check the relevant merchant ID information, and confirm the authorization application;
