New Bing usage tutorial [direct use without applying for a standby]

Found the following problem.
The version problem of Microsoft Edge, you must use the latest version.

Most of the questions focus on the following:

1. Incognito mode not enabled in Chrome browser
2. There is no global route for science online, it will automatically jump to the cn website of bing
3. https://bing.com/new will redirect to https://bing.com when jumping to Microsoft Edge. This is most likely a browser version issue.
