Format adjustments such as spaces and line breaks appear when copying text from PDF to Word

After the PDF is copied to Word, there are a lot of blank spaces and line breaks, which are difficult to adjust one by one. The following ends the two methods of batch processing. It is recommended to adjust the content copied from the PDF in a new word document and then paste it into the desired document. Otherwise, all the previous content will be replaced by accident.

Batch replace in WORD

To put it simply, after CTRL+A selects all, CTRL+H is replaced with a space carriage return character ^p. (In the search content, first enter the space bar, click replace all, then enter ^p, click replace all)

Others include: the newline character is "^l", etc. For more, you can click "Format" and "Special Format", and select the corresponding symbol or format to directly enter the character.

QQ text recognition (recommended)

It is more convenient to directly use the text recognition in the QQ screenshot, and the copied text is plain text.

CTRL+ALR+A intercepts the paragraph to be copied, clicks on the screen to recognize it, and then copies it to the desired document.
