It basically realizes functions such as user registration and login, activity information browsing, information release, sign-in management, system push message, etc., as well as functions such as administrator publishing event information, managing user sign-in, and data analysis. Realize the functional process of e-commerce, and achieve the interactive effect of meeting that users can conduct online.

With its O2O mode, convenience, high security, and easy application, this APP brings great convenience to the management of people participating in some meetings, effectively improves people's work efficiency and methods, and provides users with Bring convenience and benefits.

The number of students in an urban agglomeration can reach tens of thousands or even more than 100,000. In such an urban agglomeration with stable consumer groups in a specific range, the establishment of a meeting management APP serving the majority of office workers will not only develop and grow in a short period of time, but also relatively concentrated urban life, the marketing strategy is also easier to implement, so based on NFC The conference sign-in and management APP has a broad application development space [1].

However, the application of meeting management for urban office workers is still rare. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to use the Andriodstudio platform and combine the Internet to realize an Android-based meeting management APP.

Due to the rapid popularization of smart phones and the rapid development of the Internet, more and more shopping apps have appeared on the Internet. Office workers have gradually become an important part of the working population. The speed and efficiency requirements of the meeting are increasing, because the efficiency of the remote meeting APP has become a problem that people need to solve.

Technical feasibility evaluation is an analysis and evaluation based on the computer technology level and around the existing system hardware and software capabilities. It mainly evaluates whether the existing technology, environment and capabilities can meet the system's performance goals and functional goals. [9].

This APP needs to use the Android studio development tool, and use the Java language to develop on the Windows platform. The system mainly includes two parts, the client and the server, which basically realize the functions of user registration and login, activity information browsing, information release, sign-in management, and system push messages, as well as the administrator's release of event information, management of user sign-in, and data collection. Analysis and other functions.

This APP needs to run on the mobile phone, and the requirements for hardware facilities are not very high. It only needs an ordinary mobile phone that can be connected to the Internet. It can be seen that the design and implementation of an Android-based conference APP is technically feasible.

non-functional requirements

The overall goal of this design is to realize functions such as meeting browsing, NFC sign-in, meeting, administrator release meeting activities, order management and other functions for users. Generally speaking, this design can meet the following three points:

(1) Design correctness and response speed. The running result of the software is correct, and there will be no BUG, ​​flashback, etc. that the user cannot understand when using it.

(2) Functional scalability of the design. Functional design should be able to adapt to changes in user functional requirements, and be able to update the design and expand functions, so that the design has a certain degree of scalability. 

(3) Design space occupation. The memory space allocation of the software should minimize the meaningless space occupation, allocate space for the process reasonably, so as to achieve the smoothness of the software operation, and at the same time reduce the memory occupation and loss of the mobile phone. 

 

System function design: APP is divided into two ends, the user end and the server end. The user end mainly implements login and registration information browsing, NFC check-in, publishing conference activities, my information and other functions. The administrator end mainly realizes data processing and system push and other functions.
