51 Distributed Intelligent Infusion System Design-Infrared Pair Tube-LCD1602-ULN2003-KEY

This design is composed of STC89C52 single-chip circuit + button circuit + infrared pair tube module circuit + LCD1602 circuit + ULN2003 stepping motor drive circuit + power supply circuit.

1. The default volume unit of the infusion bottle is mL. The volume of each drop is 1mL by default.

2. Real-time detection of the dripping speed of the liquid droplets through the infrared pair tube module, and real-time display of the dripping speed and the remaining volume of the liquid on the LCD 1602.

3. The dripping speed can be set by pressing the button. If the dripping speed set exceeds the current dripping speed, the stepper motor will rotate forward for one week. If the dripping speed does not exceed the current dripping speed, the stepper motor will reverse for one week.

4. The volume of the infusion bottle can be set by pressing the button (range 0-1500mL).

5. When the volume of the infusion bottle is 0, the sound and light will beep for a long time.
