For example, when I write a plan, there may be multiple versions of documents on the same day. The solution is 230405v1, until April 6 The edited document version is 230406v2, 230406v3, etc., so that when the document needs to be sent to the leader, you can always confirm which version I sent, so that you know exactly what it is
2⃣️ Cloud disk storage for easy collaboration
Depending on the file type, choose a different network disk. For e-books, archived projects, and commonly used software, I will store Baidu network disk, Tencent Weiyun, etc. For recent project documents, I will store Nut Cloud, and code projects will be stored in Gitee code cloud or gitlab
3⃣️ Choose the right tools
For example, for the same operation, the scene is different and different tools are selected. For general text viewing and editing, use notepad++. For super-large files and super-large text logs, regular text editing will easily get stuck. Use Emeditor instead.
