[Solution] Windows firewall inbound and outbound rules to let telnet method

Note: open the firewall to add inbound and outbound rules, refer to [operation method] windows firewall to add inbound and outbound rules

1. Outbound rules

1. Select "Program" in the new outbound rule

2. Select the path and click "Next"

Note 1: Do not directly copy the directory to the path, be sure to click Browse to find the corresponding file
Note 2: telnet program directory:
1. Windows 95/98/Me system, under the C:\WINdows\system32\ directory.
2. Windows NT/2000 system, under C:\WINNT\system32\ directory.
3. Windows XP system, under the C:\WINdows\system32\ directory.
4. Windows 7/8 system, under C:\WINdows\system32\ directory.

3. Select "Allow the connection"

4. Select all regions

2. Inbound rules

The inbound rules are the same, just select the inbound rules and add the corresponding rules
