operating
1) In the settings panel, find the Windows firewall, click to enter, find the advanced settings, and pop up the advanced security configuration interface
2) Click on inbound rules and select new rule
3) Method 1, according to the program name, specify the port that the program allows to access
4) Method two, according to the port, specify the inbound and outbound rules
