Open source password manager KeeWeb

Install KeeWeb

Create password library
After starting the KeeWeb application, you need to create a new password vault. Click the New option on the File menu and select Password Vault. In the dialog that pops up, you need to specify a name and location for the password vault. Make sure you save your password vault in iCloud Drive so you can sync your password vault across devices.
