First, find the corresponding folder according to the path below.
C:\Users (user)\username\AppData\Local

on the menu bar at the top of the folder , and check the hidden items , as shown in the figure below. The AppData folder can be seen under the user name folder, as shown in the figure below. You can also directly press the shortcut key Win+R, and enter %localappdata% in the opened running window , as shown in the figure below. Click OK to jump to C:\Users (user)\username\AppData\Local , find the IconCache.db file in the figure below and delete it. Next, you need to open the task manager . You can use the shortcut key Ctrl+Alt+Delete to open it, or you can right-click the taskbar and select the task manager to open it.
