Method/Steps
Right-click on a blank space on the desktop, and then select "New"> "Text Document".
Open the newly created text document and enter the following:

After entering the explorer pause , click "File"> "Save" in turn, and then close the document.
Next, click the right mouse button on the newly created text document and select "Rename".
