The Android system is mainly used for mobile phones. Can the Android system be installed on a computer? The CPU of the computer is X86 architecture, and the CPU of the mobile phone is ARM architecture, but the Android system also has an adapted version of the X86 architecture.
First install VMware Workstation or Virtual Box, the VMware Workstation I use opens after the installation is complete
Download the Android system virtual disk file, see the picture below for the download address (the link is not allowed here)
Open this webpage, find "Android-x86 8.1-RC1 Oreo", select one and click "Download" to download
After the download is complete, decompress and you will get a VMDK file. Put this file on a hard disk with a larger space, because this file may be very large. Open VMware Workstation, click New Virtual Machine, select "Custom (Advanced)", and click Next step

Choose to install the operating system later and click Next
Select Other for the operating system, select "Other 64-bit" for the version, and click Next
You can change the name and location, click Next
The number of processors depends on your computer configuration selection
The memory capacity depends on the size of your computer memory, but if the memory is small, the virtual machine will be stuck. Do not choose the default 256MB, otherwise it will freeze. If you have 8G memory, you can choose 4G
Select the bridge mode for the network, click Next
default
It is recommended to select SATA, click Next
Be sure to select "Use an existing virtual disk" and click Next
Click Browse, find the downloaded virtual disk file, and click Next
Click to keep existing format
click finish
When you're done, just click "Start this virtual machine"
Click to open and wait for a while to enter the system!
It may be more difficult, you can download the software you need from the browser
