Most of the cases are caused by improper operation.
Solution:
Restart the computer, without starting the virtual machine, directly delete the folder enclosed in the red box in the virtual machine installation directory and the 2G .vmem file in the virtual machine installation directory. Only the vmx.lck file is left, and the others are not moved.
Then start the virtual machine and it succeeds.
