3. Open Control Panel-System and Security-Windows Defender Firewall-Advanced Settings-Inbound Rules-New Rules, the rule properties are as follows: Port Rules-TCP Connection-Specific Port Number 3389-Allow Connection-Any Name
   
4. Open the service and start the Remote Desktop Services service
