Sublime 3 Chinese garbled solution:
1. Open Sublime 3 Press Ctrl+~ to open the Console bar;
2. Enter the following to install Package Control:
import urllib.request,os; pf = 'Package Control.sublime-package'; ipp = sublime.installed_packages_path(); urllib.request.install_opener( urllib.request.build_opener( urllib.request.ProxyHandler()) ); open(os.path.join(ipp, pf), 'wb').write(urllib.request.urlopen( 'http://sublime.wbond.net/' + pf.replace(' ','%20')).read())
After execution, restart Sublime Text.
3. In the Sublime interface, enter Ctrl+Shift+P to enter the command line mode, enter "Install Package" and select Package Control: Install Package. After entering "ConvertToUTF8" or "GBK Encoding Support", Chinese can be displayed normally!
