Sublime Text2 for Mac garbled
1. Open Sublime Text2
2.Control + '~' to open the console

4. Command + shift + P to open the package control to install the control
5. Enter Install Package, ConvertToUTF8/GBK Encoding Support and press Enter to install
6. Restart after installation

- Click the Preferences > Browse Packages… menu
- Browse up a folder and then into the Installed Packages/ folder
- Download Package Control.sublime-package and copy it into the Installed Packages/ directory
- Restart Sublime Text
