Solution Method:
   Just change the server-u settings.
Setting steps:
1. Open the Serv-U 8.0 console, click "Restrictions and Settings" - "Configure advanced FTP command settings and behaviors for the domain".
2. Find the OPTS UTF8 command in the FTP settings, right-click to disable this command.
3. Click "Global Properties" below.
4. In the properties tab of the FTP command, in the "Advanced Options", remove the hook in front of "Use UFT-8 encoding for all sent and received paths and file names"!
5. After uploading Chinese files, there will be no garbled problem.
