My Opinion on Supply-side Reform (3) ---- Online transparent tax declaration, helping China's economy move towards a positive cycle

    The author has been very busy recently. Taking advantage of the break of the Dragon Boat Festival to commemorate a generation of literati Qu Yuan, the author continues to publish some recent insights.
   First of all, the author needs to affirm some reforms that are currently overwhelmed. I believe that President Xi, President Li, and President Wang have put great thought and effort into the great cause of supply-side reform in this century.
   The road to becoming a scientific and technological power and a cultural power is destined to be uneven, and President Xi, with the courage of "ten thousand years is too long, only for the day and night", has taken our country in the "severe" and detours, with the trend of "turning the tide" pulled back. Marxism-Leninism, Maoist thought, and dengxiaoping theory all tell us to seek truth from facts. The power of technology and culture is the current trend, but thousands of years of feudal ideology and the pattern of "once and for all" and "the endless cycle of previous and subsequent" are hindering the pace of Chinese people's progress. The fine tradition of "the worries of the world before the world's worries, and the joy of the world after it" and the international universal value of "the greater the ability, the greater the responsibility", can my country truly integrate into the ranks of world powers. The cultural layout is also immediate, and the author will not detail it here.
    Then let's talk about Mr. Li's "deleveraging" and "prevention of the middle-income trap", tax reform, and a series of judicial reform measures. The author is important to say some analysis of personal immaturity. "De-leveraging" can be said to capture the core problem of China's economy. All the measures here, the author can only explain to President Li in amazement. Then there is the insistence on ensuring employment, cutting production capacity, etc. The measures to "remove bad intermediaries" here are very brilliant, giving people the feeling that "although reforms are one day, changes have been ten thousand years." Finally, and most importantly - tax reform. Filing taxes online may seem like a small step, but it is actually a big step for people's livelihood. It reflects that we are really serving the people. This small step is of great significance. It will reduce the cost of running errands and psychological costs for tens of millions of small, medium and micro enterprises (the worry of not spending money and doing things for thousands of years), It has greatly improved the enthusiasm of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", and also allowed my country's tax collection to be more efficient and transparent, making the national treasury more abundant. But what the author wants to say is not only here, the standardization and efficiency of online tax declaration will allow my country's small, medium and micro enterprises to get on the right track of operation, and will help China's economy get rid of the dead cycle of "no leverage, no stimulation and no effect". Towards a positive cycle of "increasing productivity, recycling from civilian use, and national innovation". The author believes that this is the most meaningful reform in 2016. It once again proves to the world that our party has the courage to sacrifice its own life and truly dare to break its arm to survive for the people! Judicial reform is outstanding in public supervision, but it has gone to two extremes in legislation. The author believes that it needs to be strengthened to protect civil rights and maintain social fairness and justice. 
    While feeling gratified, the author also needs to raise a few points of vigilance. Online tax declaration is only in the initial stage. Many systems cannot be registered yet, and cannot be effectively combined with the "three-in-one certificate". There are still card phone numbers, which cannot be implemented yet. For non-workday tax filing, some still need to go to the service hall by themselves. Many tax filing systems are currently not operating effectively. There is rent-seeking behavior that cannot file tax returns without buying a mobile phone number, and even some websites are useless. The author will continue to pay attention to whether online registration and tax filing are efficient. The author also hopes that the tax bureau can really pay attention to the implementation process of tax declaration. At the same time, we also hope that our reform will not only provide efficient support in registration but also in operation.
    Finally, let's talk about Mr. Wang and all the jiwei who are fighting on the front line. The author thinks that the heroes behind the scenes are the cutest. "Going into society with sincerity and fear, but seeing the blue sky and saying no bitterness." Our society is in a period of profound transformation. During this period, the unhealthy chain of interest groups that come and go is very dangerous, and they will drag our country into the "middle-income trap" at any time. The author thinks that President Wang and President Xi are very far-sighted in their ideas of "playing hustle and slaughtering and paying attention to system construction". The author only suggests that the construction of continuous mass supervision system should continue to be paid attention to.
