title: My humble opinion on the current Chinese IT industry

foreword

I have been wanting to write this article for a long time. I came out of school to find an internship, and I have experienced many ups and downs. As a programmer who has gone through the sand, maybe it is more appropriate to call it an IT migrant worker. I traveled to Chengdu and Chongqing, and worked in various types of companies. Running between them, colliding in various unrealistic thoughts.
Now I have a job in my hometown.

About Internships

I studied Android in school, which is one of the most difficult jobs in the IT industry. The reasons will be written later, but now I want to tell you that most undergraduates and junior college students have not been able to find an internship. Don't give up on your work in the IT industry. This is normal, because companies have their own considerations, and they are afraid that you will go back to school if you have nothing to do. In addition, many companies generally have a view that interns are incompetent and only come to learn, so relatively speaking, apart from The BAT giants will go to the school to recruit internships, and other regular companies are approaching zero. I have added the word “regular” here, I believe everyone can pay attention. If you are lucky enough to find it, try to be as roundabout as possible when negotiating salary. If you really have to say the number, it should not be too high.

About this industry

It has become saturated, and the demand for high-end talents is still very strong, but it is medium and low saturation, which makes it difficult for many people to enter this industry. I often say that the current IT industry in China has closed the loop, and it is difficult to have fresh blood I have been very depressed about how to get into this closed loop. I just want to find a regular company. It doesn’t matter how much money I have, but it’s too difficult. Many companies have only gradually developed their understanding of the Internet, and companies are sometimes too high. Insufficient low-end jobs have resulted in job vacancies, an endless stream of applicants, and companies saying that they can’t recruit people. My view on this industry is that there are no people who are not good enough, only people who are temporarily unsuitable. If you want to make a large-scale application like QQ and Taobao, you will definitely need very good and high-level talents, but some companies have very small applications, so why should they find such people? It is seen on the Internet that recruiting senior development talents is very demanding, and the money offered is only a few thousand, which also objectively reflects the current understanding of Chinese enterprises on the Internet industry.

About training

I believe that people who are looking for a job, especially those without work experience, often encounter training companies. I often encountered training companies when I first started out. Maybe I was too confident. The resume was very simple. Later, I perfected the resume and it was better Now, especially for self-evaluation, I would like to give you advice. You can directly talk about your abilities and show your value. Don’t say that you are a good person and have good interpersonal relationships. In the IT industry, you won’t get points for this. I hate most training companies, and some are not, such as dark horses. Actually, I want to tell you that the trainees who are trained can't find jobs, and there are many people who change careers, and they also hate training companies. Training companies advertise to learn. Now is the world of the Internet. If you want to learn a technology, you can find it on the Internet, and you don’t need to sharpen a sword for ten years like before. It has become more than ten times more convenient, please choose your own learning method reasonably. I've seen a lot of trainees, and most of them are just beginning to be confident.

about me

I am not a senior, just graduated. I am a junior, without a prominent background, a college student, I think there must be such a person, saying this, programmers don't like to build wheels, and I don't want people like me to take detours, if you find it useful , I am very satisfied.
I just wrote about some phenomena in the current IT industry, but how to apply for a job needs everyone to slowly explore, and I hope everyone treats it with a peaceful attitude. Recently, MLM has occupied the headlines, and I hope there will be no next Li Wenxing.

Epilogue

Sometimes I feel that some people are already big cows at my stage, they are inferior to others, and I can’t work in this industry for a lifetime. 35 years old is basically the limit. There is a saying that is the best time to plant a tree. It was ten years ago, followed by now, and 35 years old. You have been working for so long, and you are still writing code. Is it a bit sorry for yourself? Even if you are a diaosi, you are a diaosi. Well, we should at least be the leader for a while Now, writing code is an afterthought. If you want to engage in education, you can go to university to educate people. I hope we don’t worry about gains and losses, and we will stick to doing it if we like it. Hard work and persistence will reward you. Write to you and write to yourself.
