1. The operation process is complex and urgent

        Because the operation process of the shopping mall is very complicated, there are many core departments, and there is a lot of information to communicate, and 365 days a day, the manager who manages the on-site operation every day needs to go to the shopping mall to inspect the shopping mall environment, store display, sales personnel, and even toilets. Therefore, the daily operation and management tasks are very heavy.

2. It is difficult to standardize the work daily, and it is difficult to collect data

        There will be many special emergencies in shopping malls, such as customer property theft, elevator failure, etc. The duty manager will form a report on the core work handled by each business department every day during the operation of the mall before the end of each day's business and report it. The traditional way is to send by mail, and the mail needs to be made before sending. In the early days, there was no requirement for the format, so it was very confusing. Many shopping malls reported different formats for each shopping mall. Later, we standardized the report, but there were still many problems. For example, to collect the core data of each business department, the duty manager needs to call to inquire about the data about the parking lot in the engineering property department, and then ask the marketing department about the activities held today. 1. MOD Business Daily makes management standardized and mobile office possible

        Later, in response to these series of problems, SCPG built a MOD business daily system based on FanRuan software. In this system, each department is divided into categories, and the duty manager only needs to fill in the content that he is responsible for. The company now implements sub-regional management, and different authorities see different content. There are text fields throughout the log report, as well as picture information, in various forms. You can view and fill in the report on the PC and mobile terminals, and you can also fill in remotely.

 

        In the later stage of the operation, we combined the MOD system built by FineReport to create an enterprise account, which can be pushed differently every day according to permissions. At the bottom of the page, there is a query of the duty log, and you can view the information of the historical log. There are information such as passenger flow, market activities, tenants, customers, security cleaning and engineering maintenance on the page, which can simply and conveniently present the content of each department.

2. Perfect data presentation to help data analysis
        In the report, we may not update all the data, but only list the most critical items. According to the actual business, when there is data that needs warning, it is marked with color. In the case of very compact data, it is presented in different colors for easy viewing.
        During on-site inspections, the pictures taken at the scene can be directly uploaded to the specific location of the report in the form of WeChat.
        This system perfectly solves many defects in traditional management methods.
