Because the operation process of the shopping mall is very complicated, there are many core departments, and there is a lot of information to communicate, and 365 days a day, the manager who manages the on-site operation every day needs to go to the shopping mall to inspect the shopping mall environment, store display, sales personnel, and even toilets. Therefore, the daily operation and management tasks are very heavy.

There will be many special emergencies in shopping malls, such as customer property theft, elevator failure, etc. The duty manager will form a report on the core work handled by each business department every day during the operation of the mall before the end of each day's business and report it.
