PostgreSQL installation error

Deploying PostgreSQL 9.5 on Windows Server 2003 is a Warning message: Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly The database cluster initialisation failed. Database initialization failed.

After that, the data folder is empty. There are many solutions to installation errors on the Internet, most of which are to set Locale not to choose the default. I also did not choose the default.

Later, I checked the permissions of the data folder and found that the current account does not have permissions to this folder. Modify the permission, re-run the installation program, and the prompt already exists, continue to run, and set the folder in the Data Directory to which the permission has just been modified.

The reason may be related to the Administrator account. PostgreSQL It is not recommended to use PostgreSQL with an administrator account.
