Step a) mounting

Step b) modify the configuration, to allow access to the network

Edit the file C: \ Program Files \ PostgreSQL \ 9.4 \ data \ pg_hba.conf

host    all             all              0.0.0.0/0              md5

It allows any host to access data md5 checksum
