After reading "My Spiritual Home"_20161030

When I was learning English more than ten years ago, I learned about this book and remembered the name. I didn't read it until today, when the author has passed away 20 years.
Books are essays, mostly reflections on some social issues.
It was a pleasant read, and it felt like I was chatting with an old friend I had never met.
The book contains some discussions on human nature, dignity, freedom and other issues, combined with current events at that time, humorous and deep.
Some people, who have been abroad, often turn to the left, but the author is very calm.
The author's obsession with computers is also a peer. I read an article before, which mentioned the text input software written by the author himself. This is really amazing.
It's hard to comment on other places, but the book is recommended to read.
