To observe the ego, how does he think about it, in which direction will he take us? We just observe, remember to interrupt, this is difficult, really difficult. Because when we see a certain kind of thinking, we will unconsciously judge, correct him, and say the reason. In fact, at this time, the negative thinking came out, or the ego is at work, we are often deceived. Do n’t suppress it, do n’t think about it, otherwise it will only become more serious, and sooner or later it will break out.
     Knowing the existence of the two, we can realize at a glance or instant that the ego is thinking, and we are in the moment, the so-called presence. As an observer, we know his existence. In the present state, we know the current state, there is sorrow and joy, it does not matter, accept it! At this present moment, accept your state, but do n’t be deceived by thinking again, just like that. After surrendering, change and do what you should do now!
     Only by surrendering can we see a peaceful and peaceful self, and that is the essence! 
     Only in the limit state, and only when we stop thinking, can we feel a brief presence. But we can continue to practice, we can do more presence! Breathing method, body door, meditation ~
