"Quality Free" after reading_20161125

Crosby's classic, highly recommended.
I do not do quality or related work, so I have little interest in the title of the book.
After reading it, I refreshed my understanding of the book and the author.
The book is the bible of management, but the author's management philosophy can be reflected everywhere in the book.
Not only the quality of the product, but also the author has his own style for people and things.
The book explains the profound things in a simple way, with theoretical viewpoints, case operations (which can be directly used as training materials), and tool descriptions, all in one.
There is a feeling of being taught by the master, but there are a few questions that have not been answered.
Mainly several issues related to people:
1. How to get everyone to actively participate in the ZD process (everyone is very active in the book, and several key characters have their own ideas and actively participate).
2. ZD seems to be profitable for everyone, but in fact, these assumptions do not hold in the face of insufficient competition. What to do when there are always obstacles.

Welcome to discuss together.
