My personal opinion:
*The rigid system is the leader's distrust of the subordinates, it can only reduce the efficiency of the team
*The smaller the team, the better, small but refined, especially for R&D
If 1 person can do it, if 2 people do it, it may not have twice the output, it may be less than 1 person
*Everyone focuses on one thing as much as possible. Too many things will affect the overall efficiency/quality. Personally, I always feel soy sauce, no sense of achievement, and there will be a chain reaction
My personal ideal work environment
*There should not be too many people in a project, everyone has a common goal for the development of the project in charge
* No rigid system, don't like the feeling of being bound
*Everyone is positive
Actively work, actively share, and actively show what you do
suggestion:
*Don't use a cold system, let everyone have a sense of identity
* Develop a habit of initiative, so that managers are relaxed, people who do things are relaxed, and things will be done better
* Efficiently write high-quality code, everything should revolve around it
The above are some of my recent thoughts and thoughts, not necessarily correct, here is a summary
