I searched the Internet for a long time, and I also searched on GOOGLE. Some of them cleared the solution and recompiled. Some deleted the SLN file and re-created the solution and added it to the project. I ran VS with administrator privileges and tried again. The error, originally wanted to reinstall the system, is it because of the problem caused by the preview version of the system, and finally tossed it out, the solution is as follows:
1. Upgrade the properties of each project from .net 4.5 to .net 4.6.1 in VS
2. Update all NUGET packages to the latest in VS
3. Recompile, run successfully without error
