[deviceone development] - example of frosted glass effect

1. Introduction

The do_Bitmap component can load the image as a Bitmap object in memory, and can perform various graphical processing on this object. There are currently only 3 treatments, rounded corners, frosted glass, and grayscale. More will be added later.
