How to Add Shortcut to Startup Folder in Windows Server 2012

In Windows Server 2008 R2 or earlier versions, if you want a program or script to run automatically at startup, a common and simple way is to create a shortcut for the program and add it to the system's startup folder.

After upgrading some servers to 2012 recently, I found that the startup folder could not be found in Windows Server 2012. After some exploration, I found that I can't use startup as a keyword to search directly. I have to use shell:startup instead. The following Here are the specific steps

1. WinKey + C to bring up the charm, click search
2. Enter shell:startup in the search box, and then click the first search result.

Then the startup folder will appear, and then you can copy the shortcuts of the programs that need to be automatically started at startup to this folder.
