The right-click function of editplus green version under win7 is enabled

I downloaded the green version of editplus, and opened editplus.exe under win7 x64. I cannot turn on the right-click display function through Tools->Preferences->General->Display editplus in the right-click menu, and it keeps prompting questions. Then open editplus.exe as an administrator, and then display editplus in the right-click menu through Tools->Preferences->General->The setting is successful.
