win11 right-click new menu to add options

The following takes adding in the right-click menu .htmlas an example

In the primary key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, search and .html
find it, right-click it, select 新建-> 项,

After creating a new one, click it, and in the right pane, create a new one 字符串值, the name isFileName

then in the right pane, edit Classes

and add the required file suffix, this example is to add.html
