When setting a static IP, open vmware and click edit virtual network editor as shown in Figure 0.
Then install the linux system, enter the system and select network connection, as shown in Figure 1.
Then edit system eth0, see Figure 2
Note that the address of the geteway should be the same as the DNS address, and the DNS address cannot be the same as the host's DNS address, so that it cannot connect to the linux system in xshell.
This completes the setting of the linux static IP.
You can view the current IP information by running the vi /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 command. See Figure 3
