The success or failure of an entrepreneur is irrelevant. Migrant workers should change their working mentality and treat themselves as bosses to do their work and manage them. They do not need strong love and hate, but more encouragement and care. There is no need to publicize it. If you do poorly, you must change yourself. If others do well, praise and motivate, and if you do poorly, encourage and guide. There is nothing to be complacent about, and nothing to be ashamed of.
Life is a mirror, and through others treating me, I can also reflect on how I treat others.
